Having the right to end your own pregnancy, when necessary for any variety of complex reasons, is a basic human right. It is one of the ways humans can be distinguished from rodents and insects, which reproduce uncontrollably. Similarly, people currently have the right to decline any other invasive medical procedure; those of us who have given birth know there is no medical process more invasive than enduring 9 months of pregnancy.
