Please do not place hospital level regulations on abortion clinics.  This is an attempt to inflict religious based restrictions on all women in Virginia,  whether they are a member of the sects that are pushing  these relations.  Regulations that will effectively shut down these facilities in Virginia.  There is no scientific rationale for these restrictions. This is just  a cynical political attempt to eliminate  a service allowed by the Constitution that provides the women of Virginia with needed obstetrics and gynecology options. This are decisions made by indivdual women and dictated to by religious sects.
