Citizens should still be allowed to vote even though their photo IDs may have expired. A majority of citizens use driver's license photos as their IDs. When the elderly reach the age where they no longer drive, it means they may not have a current ID available. Voting is a sacred right in this country and it should not be denied to anyone, especially older Americans who often vote more consistently than younger ones.
