Extremely Negligent Proposal

I decidedly oppose this proposal.  This has obviously not been thought out with good conscience or ethics.  It is extremely negligent and ill-considered, not only for the animals but toward the owners as well.

I worked at the Vet School, with the fourth year students.  Most of those students were still very much children - completely irresponsible, and had no grasp of the techniques that they should have at that point in time.  Most also panicked in any situation that a medical decision had to be made.  The fact that you are even entertaining giving younger students access to perform surgeries is practically criminal.

If you are hoping that this will improve your ranking for vet schools, you are definitely entertaining a step in the wrong direction.  This is completely unprofessional and irresponsible.  Where is the accountability?  How about setting goals to be a shining star instead of aiming for the bottom of the heap?

I will not take my pets there now.  And I advise against it with friends and people that I meet.  This is not the goal you should be striving for with those in your community.
