Change the rules that require paid staff so self governing can follow them 

2. Say clearly whether the members of an Oxford House are consisted the operator because many of the rules apply to operator 

3. Stop assuming that every recovery home is a commercial business. 

Don't require business insurance or State Corporation Commission registrationfrom homes that are unincorporated associations 

Oxford House saved my life and so many of my friends. We have long term sobriety, we know to be upstanding and independent citizens in our community bevause of the peer to peer model

Please dont take this away from our communities
