Hi my name is Anthony and I live in Virginia beach in an oxford house I moved into Oxford in November of 2022. I was very lucky to find out about Oxford it has saved my life and gave me the ability to get my life back. Oxford is not like any other program out we as a group of men and women hold each other to a high stander when it comes to recover we do this as working, students, mothers and fathers. I feel like what makes this work so well is that we are not paid we live and work and recovery and group.  I support rules that keep people safe, but rules that require staff or assume every home is a commercial business would keep Oxford Houses from operating in Virginia, even though research shows our model gets the best results.
