  • Could you please clarify the requirement on the Tiered Crisis Response Approach and Crisis Support Procedures?  We are internally discussing whether our staff will need to respond directly to support youth in crisis.  If so, we will need to likely either hire more staff to cover on-call service provision or structure some sort of on-call rotation and corresponding pay.
  • It is clinically understood that it would be good practice to have the assigned clinician to respond to a crisis outside of business hours.  The strain that this would put on clinicians would likely lead to an increase in burnout and high turnover amongst IIH staff.
  • In some places it seems clear that CSB Emergency Services programs can provide the Crisis Support needed for the youths we serve.  It would be helpful to have clarification of this.
