I oppose this proposal

Backup generators should be used as a backup (such as planned outages), not for regular use, as this will adversely affect air quality. My wife has asthma and we moved to Virginia for the good air quality. Clean air benefits everyone; please don’t allow data centers to create unnecessary air pollution by expanding their use of backup generators just so they can increase their bottom line.

Respectfully,

Edward Harris
