Stop the Data Center Noise

I live very near a large Vantage data center in Sterling, VA.  This data center is not connected to the grid and the noise coming from its onsite gas turbines is constant and loud.  This power plant should never have been allowed.  And, in addition, there are backup diesel generators and when they go on, the noise can even be louder.  Neighbors complain of headaches, some have to sleep with earplugs to drown out the noise.  I have had to take sleeping pills to help me fall asleep at night.  There are no more birds seen in our area.  And on, and on.  The County and State elected officials need to mitigate this harm to our community and prevent similar deterioration of our living environments in the future.
