I am opposed to increasing nursing licensure fees. Medical professionals already struggle enough to afford to exist with current nursing salaries. An increase in fees will not benefit anyone in the profession, only those implementing it. Nurses/LPNs/etc already have to pay for continuing education to maintain a license and stay current and update on many different types of practices.  I worry we will lose nurses who cannot afford such a significant amount of money is needed up front. The current cost is high enough.
