An increase to a field where we are all overworked and underpaid is insane. The state of Virginia has no union and we don’t make enough money to live in this economy without working an extreme amount of overtime. We have paid for school, we have to pay for certifications and CEUs, adding more money for us to pay when we are all underpaid is slap in the face to us fighting to help patients everyday. Don’t forget, we have to live too!
