We have a large amount of older nurses nearing retirement, and it's important that we keep the fees associated with renewing our licenses REASONABLE to encourage the next generation to join this profession. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars on our education and certifications, more than doubling the RN renewal further our financial burden.
