I oppose the proposed increase in regulatory fees. Nurses make up a significant portion of the healthcare force. With such a detrimental shortage in the state of Virginia, increasing the financial burden of employees has the potential to deter individuals from going into nursing. We (nurses) are already paid far less than what we are worth.
