I find those in opposition to this unwilling to state their name publicly to be quite curious. There is a financial interest in supervisors requiring residents to continue to direct bill. Perhaps the requirement then should be changed for oversight purposes to: residents may not direct bill, but supervisors must return residents full fee to residents. Supervisors may only charge for supervision services and cannot profit off money laundering fees for residents. This whole system is broken and does not benefit clients or residents, only supervisors.
