The dog follows the deer plain and simple.  If the dog is trespassing then the deer did so first.  The deer is going to make any dog owner a criminal.  I have always been a law biding citizen and never been convicted of any crime whatsoever.  Now when I drop the tailgate on my property 200+ acres or land we rent imma need to say a prayer that the deer doesn’t run over to my neighbors 0.25 acre?  Or Lord please let it be a buck so we can kill it cause it ain’t a doe day.  Come on please think of what you are doing!  You’re creating more of a problem with this.
