Kratom, safe and effective for so many reasons and needs, has absolutely no business being scheduled. There is nothing but false reporting showing kratom to be safe when safe, regulated and provided in it's pure form. Adults have the absolute right to utilize natural and safe supplements and to schedule kratom would be more damaging than helpful. The florida department of law enforcement once acknowledged that kratom was beneficial when seeing illegal tainted drug supply harming and taking the lives of so many was a true issue. Kratom was only beneficial in this light. States that have adopted the Kratom protection legislation to ensure safe, pure and regulated supplies of kratom have also seen positive results. Scheduling any substance NEVER works and to try it again with a natural plant would be an even bigger mistake in light of it's efficacy. Do not schedule this plant or any of it's alkaloids if you care about your constituents!
