Kratom leaf tea should never be a scheduled or controlled substance -- not in a free state. I would highly advise against it and urge you to preserve the freedom of the people rather than criminalizing them. Criminalizing kratom would be very dangerous and do more harm than good and we will not allow it. Thank you for your time and your consideration of my comment.
