Menhaden/Bunker/Pogies are the mainstay diet of most fish on the East Coast.

Why is it so hard to get people to understand that.  The inshore harvest and over harvest of this fish MUST stop if we are going to see any increase to our fish population.  We are spending HOW much on re-stocking oysters because they are filter feeders and we need them to help clean our waters??  What about MENHADEN.......they are filter feeders and an important feed for out ecosystem.

I know Omega.....( a CANADIAN company ) employees quite a few VA. workers and their product goes into MANY things.....but keep them out of our State waters and the Bay !
