I have been a long time supporter of the Franklin County Humane Society. The staff and volunteers work tirelessly to help animals in need, and I have seen first-hand the need not only here but at other similar facilities in the state for more veterinary services. Changing the regulation would be of great benefit to shelters, therefore benefitting the animals and community in need.
