Omega-3 protein boats should not be allowed in the Chesapeake Bay. They should not be allowed to operate in Maryland or Virginia Waters in the Chesapeake Bay. They should be confined to the Atlantic Ocean. They are causing irreversible damage to the bay. Over harvesting with no consequences and fish kills are unacceptable. If Maryland and Virginia recreational anglers were caught with oversized slot redfish or federally protected Atlantic sturgeon, we would be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
