Restrictions need to be put in place AND enforced in order to prevent the ongoing destruction of the Eel Grasses on the Chesapeake Bay. These grasses are a vital part of the Bay's ecosystem as they provide a nursery and essential habitat for marine life. The ecosystem of  Virginia's Chesapeake Bay and Virginia's ocean are being impacted by this continual practice.
