TCM manual identifies educational requirements for case managers that are not inclusive enough. There are currently highly educated and experienced case management personnel, who have even achieved CBIS, but do not have one of the Bachelor's degrees named. This requirement needs to be broadened to state "a Bachelor's in a human service or related field, OR equivalent relevant work experience."
