  1. Face-to-face contact: There is an inconsistency between page 10 (every 60 days) and page 16 (every 90 days). Please clarify.
  2. Service requirements: It says: ‘Educating and counseling the individual, family/caregiver their legal guardian their family to guide him to develop supportive relationships that promote the individual support plan.’

The definition of Family clearly states that this could not include persons who are compensated to care for the individual. However, in some cases only compensated support is available. Does that mean that these individuals cannot receive brain injury services?
