Case Manager Qualification

Pg. 1  Certified Brain Injury Specialist lists a requirement of 500 hours of direct work with patients. However, the Brain Injury Association of America states, " work with an individual or individuals with brain injury."  Medical professionals are encouraged not to use the word "patient," but client or individual instead. The experience also does not have to come from a medical setting.
