RGGI can supply benefits to Virginians. It improves public health, helps underserved communities, and puts money back into Virginians’ pockets. Let me think here, "Jobs," that's one the plus side... oh and "health" yes that counts, too. RGGI is a good initiative and solid start for modernizing our energy usage.
