The Commonwealth of Virginia should stay IN the regional greenhouse gas initiative because government should be leading the way on climate innovations and setting an  example for the private sector as well as local jurisdictions. 

We nneed to be doing MORE, not less, to stave off the looming disasters of warmer temperatures and rising sea leve, both of which will hit Virginia's economy hard. 

Please reject the proposal to pull out of RGGI.
