The shortsighted and illegal withdrawal of Virginia from RGGI would

• erode the direct benefits to Virginia residents that are a focus of the VCEA,
• would raise electricity prices over the decade, and
• would undermine the implementation of the VCEA.

Absent any plan to replace the lost millions of dollars of revenue to counter recurrent flooding in Virginia communities, repeal is furthermore an irresponsible and aggressively ignorant act of disdain for residents of the Commonwealth. Please uphold our laws.

Stop the Steal: Keep Virginia in RGGI
