Keep Virginia in RGGI! By removing us from the program, finding ways to mitigate our carbon emissions will be less effective and more costly. The funds received by RGGI auctions are critical for use of climate-mitigation strategies for those most impacted by climate change. Removing Virginia from RGGI is an environmental justice issue as several funds go towards making low-income communities more energy-efficient. Governor Youngkin, if you don't care about Virginians just say that, but keep Virginia in RGGI.
