CO2 has only 1/7th the greenhouse potential of water vapor. Even if CO2 were to increase by ten fold in the atmosphere, it would still be a trace gas exerting minimal influence on our climate and temperature. However, such an increase would be of great benefit for plant growth.
Please Governor Youngkin, take Virginia out of the RGGI
