RGGI saves money for Virginia ratepayers

I would like to say I support Virginia's involvement and commitment to RGGI.

The data shows that solar, wind and geothermal power is less costly than petrolium derivatives when generating energy... It is economics...  If you believe in the American system of the free market , you will not try to kill it but let it run its course..

RGGI is related to Greenhouse gas initiatives...   Oil and gas have had the underlying support of the government for years... Other forms of energy should have an equal playing field.. the RGGI does not make it an even playing field..... but it is a start.

I am relating to pure economics.. It will save Virginias money on energy.
