It should be against the law for any state legislature to bind their state to the actions of another state. Virginia should withdraw or legally reverse any regional joining or national alignment with any compact that ties our state to another. We need to keep our independence from other states. Especially when it comes to energy. This should have never been done. Virginia is a vital state to the area and the world and should not be limited financially be the actions of another state. Previous administrations were not constitutional protecting Virginia Citizens by joining other bankrupt states with foolish ideas that benefit our International enemies, and weaken  Virginia and the Nation at the same time.
