I support Governor Youngkin’s efforts to repeal RGGI. This is a pass-through carbon tax from Dominion Energy to the consumer.   There is no change in atmospheric conditions and no direct benefit compared to the costs involved.  RGGI only benefits Dominion and the government.  Thank you.
