As a consumer and Virginian, I support Governor Youngkin's withdrawal from the RGGI. RGGI has not and will not lower CO2 in the atmosphere because China and India are the main polluters. Carbon taxes are passed on to consumers, and I do not support the hoax of climate change which benefits the rich and powerful.
