Governor Youngkin,

I urge you to keep Virginia in the RGGI. The majority of Virginians care about the environment and cutting fossil fuels and carbon emissions. Don’t cave in to the fossil fuel industry. Climate change is a great threat to our people and we need you to care about the resources of this beautiful state more than the money that the fossil fuel industry want to make.
