Virginia’s industry has been moving away from coal and natural gas for ten years; The rGGI has not affected this trend and has cost Virginian’s (primarily Dominion customers) $500 million so far and another $300 million estimated in 2023;

I support Virginia’s efforts to continue to lower CO2 emissions but not through RGGI which has failed to affect reducing CO2;

As a Virginia tax payer, I appreciate your considering my concerns.
