We have a responsibility to take care of the environment for our children and grandchildren.  We need to be forward thinking and not trade short term gains for long term disaster. Climate change is real and we need to do everything we can to maintain clean air and to address rising waters/flooding. Please do not withdraw Virginia from the RGGI.
