The 50 states are each a laboratory for democracy.
Virginia needs policies that are best for Virginians and not set by out-of-state special interests.
Energy independence for transportation is an "all of the above" challenge and we should not be limiting our options to join one source. Withdrawal VA from the RGGI.
Return our states policies to our political leadership.
