We need to stay in RGGI. No one likes air and water pollution. We need cleaner energy which is becoming more critical as population continues to increase. RGGI is progress toward a better future for the younger generations and our children. Besides that, solar is by far the cheapest source of electricity now. It makes much more fiscal sense compared to the high cost of fossil fuels.
