Maybe rich liberals think RGGI is a good idea, but it is just pointless virtue signaling that only hurts the poor, those on fixed incomes, and the disadvantaged. It will zero effect on climate and is just a slush fund for those who think government should decide energy policy. Gov. Youngkin is taking a courageous stand to fulfill a campaign promise to lower the cost of living. He should be supported.
