My comment is that virtual visits should be a choice. When I was operating as a Service Facilitator I found that some of my clients needed the in home visit for their protection. This would include care providers not administering the care required. With virtual visits it is not possible to see the conditions our clients were  living. However, I do agree for safety virtual visits are important for most of our clients. Both clients and SF should have a choice as to when a home visit is necessary.
