Please consider stricter regulations for the sale of puppies at pet stores in Virginia. The laws should at least be in comparison to the animal shelters. 99% of the puppies sold through pet stores come from puppy mills. They are taken away from mom way to earlier, and the momma dog is bred as soon as possible, to generate more puppies. So disgusting to walk into a pet store and see the sad puppies living in tiny glass cubicles and sold to anyone willing to pay. Let’s consider the innocent animals and quit defending the puppy mills!!!
