Stronger regulations needed

I can’t imagine that anyone is cruel or inhumane enough to honestly believe that the guidelines we have now regarding the minimum conditions needed to house a dog, are acceptable.  When will we step up and make the changes needed?  These animals have hearts and souls, they offer unconditional love even when they don’t get it returned.
we need to stop the sale of puppies from puppy mills. We need to hold inspectors accountable for letting the owners of these puppy mills know that we mean business. We will uphold the law.  We will fine them right out of business and we will have a database of these convicted vermin that is national so the offender can’t just move one county, or state over and start again.
