Why are pet stores not under the same obligations as our VA animal shelters? Puppies and kittens that are being sold in these pet stores come from puppy mills so their health is poor before they even touch down in these stores. Please draft regulations for these stores that include the same regulations we hold our animal shelters too. They need a licensed veterinarian more now than ever. Thank you!
