I would like to see the State agencies which are to protect pet shop animal against harm be able to do inspection on any animal at any time, with no notice.  

I would also encourage our state legislature to require spay and neuter of all dogs and cats that have been sold and will leave  the pet store or the online site where the animal resides. 

The companion animal should have no lesser protection because the animal is in a pet store or being sold on line.
