State Immunization Regulation

Medical interventions which include the administration of vaccines require informed consent. Knowing the pros and cons of a medical intervention allows guidance for parents to decide the best health protocol for their children. Informed consent preserves freedom of choice for families as they investigate whether or not they want vaccines for their children which is reinforced by international law established by the Nuremburg Code.

As the ingredients of the COVID shots are inherently suspect, putting them on the vaccine schedule is derelict! One size does not fit all. Exemptions are necessary to accommodate different considerations for individual children in regards to their physical well being and religious beliefs. Furthermore, mandating these shots to attend school undermines the fundamental purpose of school--to educate.

Homeschooling affords a viable educational option for families that prefer it. Requiring vaccine mandates for home schooled children is a total invasion of government into individual homes!
