As a mother of 3 children that I intend to homeschool throughout their schooling years, I ask that you repeal the current vaccination requirements for homeschoolers. Rules in regards to vaccinating children who are taught at home are a complete overreach and violate our bodily autonomy. Moreover, the COVID vaccines have been proven over and over again to not be safe for all people nor effective not spreading the virus, therefore it should not be added to the child immunization schedule. Giving these young children the COVID vaccine and many others on the current schedule is not right. The risks outnumber the benefits and it should be optional for any parents to choose to vaccinate their children in public school, private or homeschooled. Please do not continue to require this child abuse. We are hurting our children.
