Wrong in all ways

When I was young a naive, I bought a dog from petland. It died a week later from parvo. I had to use their vet to cover costs based on the contract. It got sick because petland buys from puppy mills, where dogs are kept like livestock. I have never gotten over this experience. But more generally, there is no need to sell dogs and cats. There dogs of all types and ages looking for homes, many rescued from the cruel types of places that petland and the like purchase from. The world is a better, more ethical place without the suffering these stores are causing. They add nothing of value to the economy or to the world. Please do the right thing and do not turn a blind eye this reprehensible practice.
