Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm a member of the Air National Guard, and my favorite pasttime is hiking in Virginia Forests.  I believe Virginia is the most beatiful state in the United States.  I have a concealed carry permit in Virginia, and believe that citizens hiking with concealed handguns would make Virginia forests safer for everyone.  I thank you for allowing considerations from the citizens before making decisions concerning everyone in Virginia.  I also thank you for maintaining the hiking trails in Virginia.
