Dear Sir or Madam,

I respectfully request that you authorize law abiding, conceal permit carrying citizens, to carry their concealed firearm on Virginia State Park properties.  Considering the size of the park land mass, it is virtually impossible for law enforcement agencies to protect all visitors; rather, they are responders to crimes already committed.  By permitting properly licensed individuals to carry their firearms, they would be legally capable of protecting themselves and their families.
