I strongly support allowing all persons who possess a valid permit to carry a concealed handgun for self-defense. 

Remote forests are attractive places for criminals and perverts to target hikers and campers.  This would help VA citizens and visitors to enjoy the parks with the confidence that they have the ability to protect themselves.
